Hello :) Could you verify which version of cPanel was installed on this system when you upgraded to MariaDB? The /etc/cron.hourly/modsecparse.pl file is not included in newer versions of cPanel. Thank you.

I believe what happened was this plugin, as well as Fantastico, were part of the image used by my hosting company. With that said, I wouldn't mind some instructions on removing it and Fantastico as I would never use them.

You can manually remove this file via the command line:
    rm /etc/cron.hourly/modsecparse.pl
However, if you force an update of cPanel and run EasyApache, it should automatically remove this file (assuming an older version of cPanel is installed). Fantastico offers a guide on removing their plugin at: Netenberg Products - I think Fantastico F3 may be corrupted, how can I remove it completely so I can attempt to reinstall it? Thank you.
