Support access ID

Hi, I'm root administrator. I having problem with this issue. I want to open ticket. When i copy paste the access id to support ticket, it said not match with ip address that i put. The access id generate as same box with the ip address. So i cannot open support ticket. What should i do? Thanks.

  From in your WHM, top right corner, is a small life preserver icon for Support. On that menu is an option to contact cPanel. Give that a go.
