manage mailing lists in cPanel

Hello; I followed this steps in cPanel: Namecheap.com Knowledgebase " How to create and manage mailing lists in cPanel (cPanel questions) But the probleme when i send email to the mailing list, the subscribers receive a EMPTY email Plz help me

  Hello :) What type of content are you including in the email? Have you tried creating a separate test mailing list to see if alternative content makes it through? Thank you.

  I already tried to change the content but the same issue

  Your access level is listed as "Reseller Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, have you reported the issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look? Thank you.
