    Ben, Did you setup a forward or a filter? Can you screenshot the rule to get a better idea of how its setup

    Hey @Jcats, I believe it was a filter. Attached are some screenshots. My cPanel must have been updated over the last 72 hours as it looks slightly different to how it did when I first set this up but here it is (attached) Would be good to fix so that when someone replied to an email sent into our general email, we all get a copy to avoid duplication :) Hope this helps? Ben

    I just did some testing and its not possible to CC several emails with a forward or a filter, all it will do is send a single email to each email you are forwarding to so there is no way to respond to all accounts that you are forwarding to. :( You would need to use a mailing list unless someone else has some other easier method.

    You could setup multiple forwarders depending on how many users you need to send the email to.

    The problem is, he wants to be able to hit 'reply to all' after its forwarded so it will respond to everyone that the email was forwarded to.

    Mailman is the answer then.
