SMTP Relay Issues
So a company that is not "StopMamma" has a vps service that uses an smtp pool for sending out all email. They do not allow direct sending from the server. The problem is that sometimes their pool contains blacklisted ips.. The BIG problem that is occurring is that my vps doesn't seem to be getting the spam related failures when said email is sent from one of those pooled ips. Since Go Daddy will not state for the record weather they do or do not relay back these block notices (or as i suspect suppress them) I want to know if there is something on my end (the whm/cpanel) that would be blocking these return messages.
To further elaborate, full mailbox, no user and other failure messages come in no problem.

Hello :) You should be able to review /var/log/exim_mainlog for these messages to see if they are coming back at all. If not, you may need to request that your email is handled directly by your server if that's allowed. Thank you. 0 -
Yep, checked it - They will not allow direct delivery - I have already started migrating. I don't know why I thought they were a good idea to begin with. To further report, I A/B tested this, it is apparent that they are in fact not delivering spam related bounces. I also spent 20 minutes in chat only to be told that they will not disclose their policy regarding this. I don't know - headache is over now that I am going elsewhere - hopefully INMO is better. 0
