paper lantern not loaded

I have a server with all accounts and package configured on paper lantern theme but loaded like x3 theme, I attached a screenshot

  Wow that is not usual. Try to clear the cache after that do an upcp. Check the theme name under /var/cpanel/users/USER file PS: Is it a customized x3 with same name ?

  Hello :) What style is applied to the theme? Have you tried changing the theme to X3, then back to Paper Lantern, via the "WHM >> Modify an Account" option? Thank you.

  I virified user file on /var/cpanel/users/ is: RS=paper_lantern and tried to change in WHM >> Modify account but not solved

  FWIW I came to the forums looking for a solution to this exact problem. I have tried everything I can think of including editing the features list, tweaking the package, rebuilding the glyphs, changing the theme in WHM. Nothing works so far. All old accounts still look like X3 despite saying Paper Lantern. New accounts have the paper lantern theme just fine. Any other ideas peoples?

  The "Retro" style is assigned by default when cPanel automatically converts account from X3 to Paper Lantern. Scroll to the bottom of cPanel, under "Preferences", and choose "Change Style" to switch the account from the "Retro" style to the "Basic" style. Thank you.
