Subdomain Redirect

I know this is ancient but apparently its a pesky critter that won't go away. 54.0.19 has this same issue when creating subdomain redirects. it changes & in the redirect URL to \& amp ; in the .htaccess. I still need to test, but is it possible that cpanel will overwrite the .htaccess every night? I manually corrected the .htaccess yesterday, but today it was back to the incorrect URL.

  Hello :) Could you provide an example of the specific URL you are redirecting your subdomain to? You can replace the real domain name with an example. Thank you.
