I was told in the past it has something to do with email routing, but I can't remember what it is?

Hello :) Yes, please browse to the following option for the domain name on both servers: Edit MX Entry - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Ensure the "Email Routing" settings for the domain name on the original server is configured as: "Remote Mail Exchanger" The new server should have this setting configured as "Local Mail Exchanger". Thank you.

Great, thank you :) Does the server need to be restarted (original) for this to work? Still no delivery yet... Thanks again

A restart is not required. You can review the "Mail Delivery Reports" option in Web Host Manager to see what happened to the message you just sent after making the change: Mail Delivery Reports - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

The delivery report shows it was successfully received but it's not showing up in my inbox on abc.com (sent from xyz on server 2). I can send email from abc.com -> xyz.com fine. Thanks again!

You won't be able to receive emails for the same domain name on multiple servers. You can only host email for a domain name on one of the servers. Choosing "Remote Mail Exchanger" ensures any emails sent locally to that domain name are delivered to the external email host. Thank you.

Correct me if I'm wrong, maybe I wasn't clear... They're not same domains. I'm trying to send from xyz.com to abc.com. Both accounts are on different servers. There is the original xyz.com account set up on the same server that abc.com resides on. Email sending and receiving is working fine on the new xyz.com, except to abc.com. Are you saying I need to delete the original xyz.com on the original server before abc.com will begin to receive again? Thank you

Yes, it was a silly error on my part... There was an ollllld copy of abc.com on server 2. When xyz.com was sending from server 2 it was going directly there instead of heading off to abc.com on server 1. Thanks again!
