AWS and Partitions
I have a weird situation that im not getting the answer to... I have a Centos 6.7 Server on AWS that I need to upgrade to Centos 7. The problem is that my main disk contains the AMI and the WHM install and data of almost 30 websites... Im looking for some way to move all that data of WHM to another disk and swap my boot volume to one of Centos 7...
Please suggest how this can be achieved... The AWS forum has very little response to my query...

Hello :), I think it's better to install CentOS 7 on new server and migrate your all account to new CentOS 7 server using transfer tool. 0 -
Hello :) I suggest installing the new OS on a separate server first, then installing cPanel and using the "Transfer Tool" option to copy all of the accounts to the new server: Transfer Tool - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you. 0 -
