RubyGems gems not loaded

Hi, after installing gem (json) I get this message in cPanel You will need to add "/home/username/ruby/gems" to the include path. $:.push("/home/username/ruby/gems") I have no ssh access but I can edit .bashrc in FTP. I added export GEM_PATH which I am using locally, didn't work. I tried PATH=$PATH:/home/username/ruby/gems, didn't work. What's the correct way to include the gem directory in include path in cPanel? My cron keeps failing with `require': no such file to load -- json (LoadError). There is nothing about it at Ruby Gem Installer - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

  Hello :) Your access level suggests you do not have root access to this system. Have you reported this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look? Thank you.
