VPS License install on dedicated server?

Hello I was a client, but from few months they charged unexpected payment from me. yesteday i pay them 30 eur and today they gave me a negetive balance of -30 because I pay them with skrill, not in paypal. Now i decided to leave them . I have purchased new dedicated server . I gave installed centos 7 latest version. Now my question is, can i install cpanel vps server lisence on that dedicated server without creating vps? ( i will use only one cpanel/ whm on that server - so cpanel dedicated server lisence is no need for me and also costly) In this case, what can i do? please suggest me

  Howdy, If cPanel fails to detect a virtual license type that it understands it will need a dedicated license. Thanks!

  cPanel vps license will not work on dedicated server so you need to purchase cPanel license for dedicated server.
