phpMyAdmin - Error

Hello : recently some our customer cant open phpmyadmin over Cpanel due following error : Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly. Also ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser.
guide to resolve this problem please. Regards

  Is it browser specific error or have you tried all the web browsers ? If not the try to access cPanel in another web browser. Clear the session files from /tmp and then access it again.

  Try to reset cPanel account's password and see if phpmyadmin issue is sorted out. You can then update cPanel by running /scripts/upcp --force and see if that fix this problem.
