Not sure sure about later versions, but in CPanel 11.52.4.0 you cannot scroll the Top Applications (Scripts and Categories) section of Cpanel when in Paper Lantern using a touch device like an iPad. There are no scrollbars and/or there is no touch enabled sliding ability to see the icons that don't fit in the box, so you cannot access the rest of the icons.

Could we get a screenshot of what you are seeing? Currently cPanel does not ship with a 'Scripts and Categories' section in the interface so I'm curious if you are seeing something from one of our third-party developers instead...

Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, could you report this issue to your web hosting provider? The "Top Applications" section is not offered by cPanel in the Paper Lantern theme, so it suggests the issue should be reported to the third-party developer. Thank you.

Thanks I understand. Do you happen to know of any links to either the Top Applications and Resourse Profile (in particular, screen shot attached to assist) third party developer apps? Many thanks.

Clicking the arrow on either side of this area in your cPanel should work to scroll, works for me here. This is Softaculous addon for cPanel. It is not provided by cPanel and the scrolling action is a part of that addon I believe. There's nothing cPanel can do about that.

No clue what you mean by this question, could you clarify? Your Hosting Provider can include or exclude anything he wants in that Softaculous area of your cPanel.

Thanks Infopro, I don't have an arrow either side of the area in my cPanel. Appreciate Softalicious is a third party add-on.

Sorry, I meant does anyone have link to the developer's website for the third party add-on called Resource Profile. That's what it is called in my CPanel but it go under a different name, or may be something Inmotion Hosting wrote themselves. I'd just like to learn more about it and I haven't found anything relating to it via Google, thought you may have come across it before. Thanks for you help.

Here's what the arrows look like on my iPad: If you see that script listed here, it's included with Softaculous: softaculous.com/softwares

I think you might be a bit out of date with cPanel and Softaculous if I was to guess. ;) GL!
