Install an SSL - Just loading non stop

Hi If I use the option "Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain" and click on "Autofill by Certificate" the site begin to load and doesn't ends. Any ideas? [LIST]

  Hello :) Could you provide more details about what happens? For instance, is the SSL installation stalled? Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

  I get this Error message after 5-10 minutes: The lookup failed because of an error: API failure: cabundle.cpanel.net did not have any working mirrors. Please check your internet connection or dns server. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/HttpRequest.pm line 986.

  Do you have any firewall rules that restrict traffic to/from certain IP addresses? If so, run a command such as "host cabundle.cpanel.net" and make sure the listed IP addresses are whitelisted. Thank you.

  Please let us know if the issue is resolved after whitelisting those IP addresses, or removing those blocks. Thank you.

  yes it is solved now thanks. But this happend only on 1 server and we have more then 20... strange

  I solved this problem on this way: 1. Run command: "host cabundle.cpanel.net". You should see 4 IPS 2. Run command: "nano /etc/csf/csf.deny" 3. Search for those IPs and if you found one you can delete the whole line. 4. save and run command "csf -r"
