whm backup to another cpanel Home directory question

I have two server both have whm and cpanel I want to set up whm remote backup from server A to a normal cpanel user on server B ( but in this server the bacup goes to /home directory I keep error when validating that a txt file can not be uploaded the folder ... does not exisit

  Hello :) What protocol are you using when configuring the backups? Have you tried connecting to the remote server from the source server via that same protocol to verify if works when connecting manually? Thank you.

  Simple ftp right now and yes I used filezilla and could connect without issue . Thanks

  You mentioned using FileZilla. What I meant was, logging in to your cPanel server via SSH as "root", and attempting to connect to the remote backup server via FTP from the command line. This should help ensure the issue isn't a connection problem between the two servers. Thank you.
