Temporary URL works, domain does not

The temporary URL (Apache Mod_UserDir) is working just fine but the domain is throwing a 500 error. Viewing a txt file on the domain works fine too

  Hello :) Could you let us know the specific error message in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when you notice the error in your browser? Also, ensure you review what's incompatible with Apache Mod_Userdir at: Apache mod_userdir Tweak - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

  The errors are: End of script output before headers: php5 And (I believe this is referring to the above error): AH01215: suexec policy violation

  Check to make sure your PHP files are configured with 0644 permissions. Also, could you let us know which PHP handler is active on this system? Thank you.
