cPanel Not Showing Styles

I am having a problem with cPanel not displaying a styled presentation. When I log into WHM and go to List Accounts and load cPanel for the account there, it loads fine. When I go to domain/cpanel it shows up like this: Screenshot If I go in through the hostname/cpanel it works fine. Any ideas? I've run /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_sprites and of course forced an update but nothing.

  Hello :) Could you verify the domain name you are accessing resolves to the IP address it's assigned in Web Host Manager? Thank you.
