There was a problem adding the user

Please I am trying to move a website from one domain to another. When I tried to create the database user in MySQL I got the following error message on x3 theme: Invalid version: at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/MysqlUtils/Version.pm line 81. Then again I tried changing the theme to Paper lantern I got this error message: "There was a problem adding the user: " Please I will appreciate any assistance on this forum. Warm regards

  Hello :) Do you have root access to this system? If so, could you let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.
