"Account Creation Status: failed The domain "mydomain.com" already exists in the Apache configuration. " Regarding the account creation, might be the domain added as a parked/addon domain name. First search the domain name in the cPanel userdata files
    grep $domain /var/cpanel/userdata/*/*

Hello :) Keep in mind that you can not access cPanel with the "root" username. The "root" username only works for Web Host Manager. As far as the error message quoted above, it's likely you have configured your hostname with your domain name. Please update your hostname to something such as "server.mydomain.com" if that's the case: Change Hostname - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
