    Need this two ?! I dont even know why cpanel didnt made some configuration on WHM for this, to empty them on x days or disable .trash, i have lots of cpanel accounts with lots of trash older then 300 days witch customer forget about it

    They did. Login to WHM go to Tweak Settings select "Age, in days, of content to purge from users" File Manager Trash " set the desider number of days (i.e., 30) click on "Save"
