Are you trying to change IP address of the site ? If answer is yes then ensure that you have free IPs via [LIST]

Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Reseller Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, you may need to contact your hosting provider to request an IP address change if it's not an option available to you in Web Host Manager. Thank you.
