Hello :) Yes, you can install SSL on the Services like cPanel, FTP, Exim, from WHM. By default, self-signed SSL is already installed on those services. If you wish, you can install any SSL cert installed on the Server. But it will show warning if its belongs to any other domain other than the hostname. So it will be better if you get Cert for the Hostname and then use same SSL for the Services.

Hello :) You can install the SSL certificate for your services via "WHM >> Service Configuration >> Manage Service SSL Certificates". The option is documented at: Manage Service SSL Certificates - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

Isn't there a problem though in that if you have multiple domains on the server, it appears you can only install one Service SSL Cert. So if the base server is on hostdomain.com and you install a cert for that domain and you have multiple clients on all sorts of other domains, while you can install an SSL cert for their domain for their website and email, if you got to webmail.someclientsdomain.com you get and SSL warning because it's using the hostdomain.com SSL. Anyway around that?

There's a feature request for service certificates on a per-domain basis at: SSL certificate per domain on all services Please vote and add your feedback to this feature request. As far as proxy subdomains (e.g. webmail.domain.tld), there's a thread here that explains the current options: SSL for proxy subdomain or redirection? Thank you.
