Mod_deflate compression doesn't work on wordpress/permalink

Hi, We have a problem with all our cloudlinux servers. Server is configured with mod_fcgid, mod_deflate In wordpress when testing against the main site domain.com it shows gzip is enabled and compressing the output. But any permalink such as domain.com/whatever/ it shows as no gzip is enabled. This system is seen on all my cloudlinux servers running Wordpress anyone encountered this issue before?
