Need instruction for my cpanel

I recently buy a domain and hosting. I first installed dolphins a social network script through softclous. After few hours I find it difficult. Then enter into my cpanel and when asked going home derectory . then I deleted all. Now its nothing shop "" error 403 ... Showing.

  Hello :) The information you provided suggests you deleted all files under your home directory. You will need to report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can restore the account from a backup, or regenerate the account, as removing all data from your account's home directory will result in these types of error messages.
