Prevent email failure message to sender

Hello, I've an forwarder email address which forwards to an gmail account as well as keeping copy in my server. The problem is when gmail rejects the forwarded email from my server, the "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" mail is sent to its original sender, the customer. Is there any way to prevent sending the failure message cause by mail forwarder to sender? Thanks in advance!

  Hello :), Can you please update here full bounce back message so that we can check this and assist you on this. I think your server mail IP is blocked in gmail and due to that you are facing this issues.

  Hello, I don't have root access to the cPanel server. There are 2 attached files in the problem email.. Here is the full bounce back message. -Removed -

  You may need to consult with your web hosting provider so they can determine if SRS is a feature they can enable on the server, as that may address the issue you are referring to. Thank you.
