How to get a user's sent emails

Hi, i am very new to CPANEL. Can somebody help me about the below mater. my user's are using different devices i.e. smart phones, tablets, laptops etc and their email id for our domain i.e. (xyz@example.com) is configured on these devices. Now if they sent an emails to anyone in the world using those devices. How can i get a copy of that email. is there a way that their sent email's copy is saved somewhere in their sent items so that i can download if required later on.
