Edit SPF records of all accounts.

Hello there, Any recommendations for a particular command or script to mass update the SPF records of all accounts on a server? A servers main IP address was blacklisted and we need to get mail going again, therefore we have changed the outbound mail IP via /etc/mailips etc however now need to update (or insert a new ip4:entry) each SPF record. Any advice is appreciated.
