Email forward to Gmail not working

Hello there. I have added email forwarder, but it doesn't forward to desired email address. "Address to Forward:" I entered one of my email accounts of my domain. "Forward to email address:" it is my personal gmail address. What's it ? Thanks in advance ...

  Hi, To check this issue you need to contact to your hosting provider as I can see that you have only cPanel Access Level. Your hosting provide will check mail logs and assist you.

  Hello :) Please report this to your web hosting provider so they can review /var/log/exim_mainlog and determine why the message is not forwarding to your external email address. Thank you.
