Remove permanent redirect issue

I can not delete .
mydomain.com /(.*) http://www.mydomain.com/ permanent
I can not delete the redirect ... it shows that deleted successfully but keeps popping up .

  Hello :) It's possible your .htaccess file is not accessible to the cPanel user, or has restricted permissions. Check the .htaccess file via File Manager or FTP/SSH to verify file ownership is set to the account username and to manually remove those entries. The default location is:
  /home/$username/public_html/.htaccess
