503 service unavailable/database error?

hey all, i am using godaddy's hosting for two years..there has not been any problem till now. memory usage was full yesterday and site was not working then i upgraded to level 2 resources even after upgrading memory usage is full and i still can't open my site(s). sometimes when i open my site it says 503 service unavailable sometimes database error sometimes login page comes after entering my login details it comes back to zero. i have disabled plugins of both sites.i have two sites one that i am not currently using i can pause/remove that site if the first site comes back to normal. please help
