virtfs not getting disabled

Hi, my server takes like 30 mins. to reboot itself becuase I have cagefs and virtfs is in conflict with it. Though jailed shell etc is disabled in tweak settings but somehow virtfs keeps on coming back. CloudLinux told me to run this command /usr/share/cagefs-plugins/hooks/jail_shell_disable.sh and it almost emptied virtfs folder too but when I did a graceful reboot again, the virtfs came back. Why its not getting disabled ?? How to disable it permanently ??? Please help!!! Thanks.
