550 5.1.1 User unknown (in reply to RCPT TO command)

Hey there. One of my users recently got the following error when trying to send an e-mail: 550 5.1.1 User unknown (in reply to RCPT TO command) When trying to Google the issue, everything I find is related to Exchange servers. Should I worry about this, or could the problem lie in the receiving end? Thanks!
