cpanel, emails going in spam for hotmail
Hello,
I'm not yet a confirmed user of cpanel, but I have a question mails subjects.
I test several panel and I have to make my choice.
I use cpanel on my server, I added WHM with a domain name and my website is active, everything works fine.
Then I created an email and I logged on roundcube.
I did some testing email.
And everything works.
Except when I send to a hotmail account and outlook.com, emails go to spam
In Mail -> Authentication
DKIM SPF + are enabled
can you tell me if there are also complications with cpanel and mails to hotmail? There is a way to fix it? If Yes a track?
Thank you

Hello :) The following document, as referenced earlier, is the best place to start: How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation You may need to contact the remote mail servers to determine the specific reason they have blocked messages from your server. For instance, with Hotmail, they offer the following contact page: 0 -
Hello, I saw the links you've shared. that's why I asked you if what I did was right before contacted microsoft 0 -
The information you provided suggests your mail server is configured properly to stay out of the SPAM folder, however you may want to request delisting from the referenced blacklist as well: IP Delisting Request - spamsources.fabel.dk Beyond that, you should use the contact page for each mail server that's marking your messages as SPAM to see if it's happening for a specific reason. Thank you. 0 -

They are tools you can use to help maintain your email reputation. Microsoft explains their purposes at: Services for Senders and ISPs Thank you.0 -
Ok I look at all this, thank you 0 -
Check the mailqueue from WHM > Mail Queue Manager and see if any spam is there to find out the origin of spams. Sometimes compromised websites can be the reason for spams. 0 -
Hello, in Mail Queue Manager there is no email. When I send an email platform ve outlook / hotmail, this one falls directly in spam thanks 0 -

you think that if I did well in how many days will it be?
There's no timeline we can provide because it depends on the response from the remote mail server. Thank you.0 -

Can you tell me what "FABELSOURCES"?
It's a specific blacklist used by some remote mail servers to prevent SPAM: www.spamsources.fabel.dk Thank you.0
