You might try accessing your cPanel this way: example.com/cpanel If that's not working you should contact your Hosting Provider about this.

Hello, I have updated dns and I have cpanel and whm access again. However, my sites are not working. Should I make some more action? I have checked ip and is updated in cpanel. I have rebooted system but still no luck. I ping my sites and I get the correct ip but is like if Apache is not working

Check your DNS zones too, it might still be using your old IPs.

Yes, WHM > DNS Functions > Edit DNS Zone check new IP is in them. Also what about checking WHM > Multi Account Functions > Change Multiple Sites" IP Addresses WHM > Server Configuration > Basic cPanel & WHM Setup Check your hosted domain on intodns.com and see what are errors and google these errors along with cpanel word to narrow search results.

Hello :) You may find the "WHM >> IP Functions >> IP Migration Wizard" option helpful if your accounts are still assigned the previous IP address. The option is documented at: IP Migration Wizard - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
