Cannot send emails to hotmail but can receive
A hosting in my server cannot send emails to hotmail accounts. However, they can receive from hotmail accounts.
This is the code/text that hotmail returns:

It seems your IP 37.187.128.59 is blacklisted at hotmail thats reason you are not able to send.. you will have to apply to delist the IP or change your server IP in this case. Best is to find a solution by stopping spam activity for the above IP and get it delisted or else the new one might get backlisted. 0 -
