Forward problem
Hello,
I've got an e-mail x@xxx.xx created to all automatic mail like reports from routers, servers etc. The mails are sends to the account on the same domain some@xxx.xx. From that account mail are forwarded to gmail. Gmail cant recognize those mail and get info:
"Gmail cannot recognize is that message was sent from the domain xxxx.xx"
On headers I see:
Delivered-To: xxxx@gmail.com

It looks like the sender IP is not of the my server but the sender(router, server etc.)
How to solve the problem.

Hello :) I believe the SRS feature introduced in cPanel version 54 should address this issue: 54 Release Notes - Documentation - cPanel Documentation To use SRS, enable the "Enable Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS) Support" option in "WHM >> Service Configuration >> Exim Configuration Manager >> Basic Editor". Thank you. 0 -
The problem was different, I've check - mail was fetched from server by gmail. After setting forward on account everything is fine. I hurried up, sorry 0 -
I am happy to see the issue is now resolved. Thank you for updating us with the outcome. 0
