How to get "whmapi1 createacct" to send account creation email?

  When I create an account using WHM, I get an account creation email. When I remove an account using WHM, I get an account deletion email. When I create/remove using whmapi1 (via ssh), I get the removal email, but not the creation email. Is there a way to get it to email me for account creation? (Sorry for the duplicate thread - I screwed up the first one)

  Hello :) I've been unable to reproduce this issue on the latest versions of cPanel 54 and cPanel 56. Is there any output to /var/log/exim_mainlog when creating the account through WHM API 1? Thank you.
