Hello :) Are you using any third-party applications such as Nginx that might alter the default Apache configuration? Thank you.

I'm not using Nginx, and I don't know of any third-party apps that might be interfering. Here's what apache says: Server Version: Apache/2.0.64 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.64 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server Built: Jan 17 2014 09:28:40 It is an older server but I would think it should still work.

Hello :) Is there anything in-particular keeping you from updating to a supported version of Apache? Apache version 2.0 reached "End of Life" in 2013, so we have discontinued support for Apache version 2.0. EasyApache no longer includes an option for Apache version 2.0. Thank you.

I upgraded the server to 2.4.18 and I'm still having the same issue. I verified that the config file is still working. Here is my new version: Server Version: Apache/2.4.18 (Unix) OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server MPM: prefork Server Built: Apr 11 2016 20:35:52

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
