    Hello :) Could you let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when attempting to create an account? You can follow the output with a command such as:
    tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

    The error output suggests an issue with the dimensions of your custom branding images. Have you tried adjusting reducing the pixels of these images to the sizes suggested in the error message? Branding options are configured at: Branding - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
