Account restoration Stuck
Hi ,
One of the account from my cpanel server was accidentally got terminated so I tried to restore the account from our backup server by creating a directory named " cpmove-{Username} " under /home directory and initiated the restore process from WHM --> Backup --> Restore A full Backup/cpmove and then proceeded with " Restore with Username " then selected the backup file from the dropdown box, checked Only replace basic cPanel provided A records and initiated the process. After a while the complete process reached 35% but now after 24 Hrs it is the same no change in the progress while checking from terminal following message is being displayed.
Please help so that I could complete the restoration process. Thanks and Regards, Sreejith

Hello :) You can use a command such as "ps auxf" via SSH to see if there are any existing "restorepkg" processes running. If not, try restoring the account with a command such as: /scripts/restorepkg /path/to/cpmove.tar.gz
The script is documented at: Restore Package Script - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.0 -
Thank You :) Sreejith 0
