How to fix 1118 Row Size too large in WHM/cPanel?

I'm looking for anyone who can point me on how to fix 1118 Row Size too large in WHM/cPanel? I am getting errors when adding more fields in my table. I have renamed all of the varchar field to text and change the length of each to mostly 20. Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

  Hello :) Could you verify if you have root access to the system, and which version of MySQL is installed? Assuming you have root access, the following MySQL document explains a possible cause: MySQL :: MySQL 5.6 Release Notes :: Changes in MySQL 5.6.20 (2014-07-31) Changing the "innodb_log_file_size" value in your /etc/my.cnf file should address the issue, or if you do not have root access, you can contact your web hosting provider and reference this document to them.
