Internal Server Error

Hello I just got an error from whm "Internal Server Error: The cPanel Server operation timed out at cpsrvd.pl line 541." This cause all my websites go down including email server down. I am suspecting this is due to high server load. As of now I have no idea how to resolve this problem because I don't know how to access the server I only access it via WHM Manager. Can you help me or give me advice on how to resolve this issue. I'm only the assistant of the administrator and I have no idea what I should do since this is my first time.

  Hello :), Try to check your server disk space through command line and restart the cPanel services if there is no issues with the server disk space. For more information of this issues, Please check your cPanel error logs file on your server.
