Pruning Remote Backups Fails

Im having an issue like this. Unable to send "/backup/2016-04-08/accounts/stylenev.tar" to destination "AWS-Backups" Unable to prune transport "AWS-Backups" Unable to remove outdated backup: The server has stopped responding at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/514/lib64/perl5/cpanel_lib/Amazon/S3/Bucket.pm line 333. After openingva supoort ticket with cPanel I was told to contact amazon... Which looks like it has little to do with the issue. Has anybody found the way to solve this?

  Hello :) Have you checked to see if any of the firewall rules on your system could be blocking the connection to Amazon? Thank you.
