Marked as spam - DKIM/SPF/rDNS passes

My mails are passing every single test throught mail-tester.com and I end up with a score of 10/10. But my mails still end up in the spam folders of gmail and sometimes hotmail as well. I don't seem to be blacklisted anywhere. My headers are the following: [Removed - Please Exclude Real Domain Names and IP addresses]
