Panel Hosting Error

I have a problem with my Panel Hosting in the mail section. I tried to create @mydomain accounts but I can't send or receive any message. What can I do? More information if you answer.

  Hi, Are you getting any error while sending mails ? If yes then provide me the error message. Also, have you checked your dns setting is correct for your domain. You can check at intodns.com

  The error message says: Error SMTP (-1): Ha fallado la conexi"n al servidor. (is in spanish, in english I suppose it could be: Error SMTP (-1): Failed connection to server. ) That happens when I try to send a message, and this error happens when I send a message to the domain: This is the mail system at host gateway36.domain.tld I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster. If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message. Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 relay not permitted! Also, how can I check my dns, can you be more specific? Thanks!

  Hello :) It's possible the DNS for the domain name was not properly configured. I suggest using a website such as IntoDNS to verify the domain name uses name servers associated with the cPanel server, and to ensure the MX record resolves to the cPanel server. Thank you.
