Forwarding Email to Hotmail Problem

Hello. I seen to be unable to forward my email to my xxx@hotmail.com account from my cpanel web mail platform. I tested with a @gmail.com account and it word just fine. I also did the trace thing and was OK. I don't know what to do next. PS: I use outlook to control my email account. Thanks in advance.

  Hello :) Please consult with your hosting provider so they can review /var/log/exim_mainlog and let you know the specific entry associated with the email forwarded to Hotmail. Thank you.
