restore full backup

Hello friends I'm a user previously registered in our system and user profile is cPanel, now a full backup of the other company 's favor was transferred to the current user, how was this done?

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on the specific action that was completed? Are you referring to the "Transfer Tool" option that's available in Web Host Manager? Thank you.

  no :-( I'm explain this question better... ! i have a full backup of the user, this user use another host provider ; and now need to transform to my host, how i can restore this full backup in to the new user ( old host have a different name and ... with my host ) can i restore another backup for this new user ?
