Hello, I have 2 domains hosted on the same server. when I send email from domain1 to domain2 it send bounce back message saying. Subject: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: user@domain2.com host domain2.com [xxx.xx.183.138] SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 550-DKIM: encountered the following problem validating domain1.com: 550 pubkey_unavailable Please tell me what can be the reason? DKIM and SPF settings are fine on the server. Thanks

  Could you elaborate on this? For instance, have you configured DKIM records for both domain names via the "Email Authentication" option in cPanel? Do both domain names use name servers associated with the cPanel server? Thank you.
