Phone support contact email
We paid for telephone support but not getting any emails. Where can we get hold of the cpanel team, we're in urgent need of support.

For future reference to other people who may be in a similiar position (Googlers), when purchasing telephone support you will be emailed credentials you need to enter telephonically before you can speak to a support agent. This obviously does not help much if you're unable to receive emails. There really are no other way to get hold of the CP team so if you're in a pickle and in a similiar situation, you're best off trying to resolve the issue yourself or at least try and get your mail server back up and running. 0 -
Hello :) One option to consider is to use an email address that's hosted outside of your own server/network as the contact email for your account on the support ticket system. This adds redundancy in the event your own server or network is failing to respond, or if your issue relates to email.
