Cannot log webmail godaddy

Hello, I have few email accounts and only way I can access to them is through cpanel/mail/accounts/access webmail - then it lets me in without password. However, when anyone else (mail owners) try to login through webmail link, it keeps saying "login is invalid" even though login is valid as well as the passwords... Any thoughts?

  Hello, May I know which webmail link you are using to access your mail account. I mean If you are trying to access webmail using domianname.com/wemail then try to access using serverIP/webmail

  Hello :) Have you tried changing the password for the email accounts to verify if the issue persists? Also, could you ask your hosting provider to see if the accounts are locked by cPHulk brute force protection? Thank you.

  Hello, I have found the problem. Few days ago I migrated servers from North America to Europe, so SMTP Server changed as well. I just had to use updated webmail login link. Thank you for the answers anyway!
